RCC has a reputation for producing high-quality products such as the Mandolin Network System. I am interested in joining such a professional organization。

　　As you can see from the enclosed resume, my previous work has included supervision of software product development as well as extensive work in computer-aided learning. Although my educational training concentrated on theoretical computer science, my current interests lie more in applications of computer science principles to produce viable products。

　　My years of studying and teaching in the university setting have given me a good knowledge of pedagogical process. Dear sir or Madam I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the iron,which I purchased from Walmart last week When using it for the first time,I found that the temperature control was faulty;it was not possible to set it for an temperature apart from the highest.When I attempted to return the iron to the store,the cashier said that the store was unable to replace it or offer me a refund but advised me that it could be sent away for repair.As I need an iron on a daily basis,and it was not clear how long a repair would take,this option was unsatisfactory.Since the iron clearly does not function as it should and therefore does not comply with the legal standards of product quality,I am writing to you to ask for a full refund of the RMB 135 retail price.I look forward to hearing from you within the next two weeks Sincerely Li ming

Dear sir Last week our family had a wonderful time in your area,and stayed at your hotel during our time there.We have been home for two days,and I just realized that I had left my cellphone charger at your hotel I realize that it could have been easily overlooked and has since been thrown with the garbage But if you have a Lost and Found,could you ask someone to check if it might have been placed there?I don't think anyone will have trouble identifying it.Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.Regards Li Ming

Dear sir or madam i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay from 10th to 16th in August at the Wanda Hotel,Nanjing where I booked a suite for my family The suite we lived is Room 213,in which the shower did not work.When we spoke to your representative,Tracey Meng,she promised to try to get the shower fixed,but this took an unacceptably long time to happen--three days from the first time we complained I asked her to fill out an accommodation report form detailing these issues,and enclose a copy for your information,together with photos of the bedrooms and the hotel grounds.Besides,although the room was billed as four-star accommodation,it was very cramped and the furnishings were worn and dirty I feel that we are due a full refund for this hotel stay,for it failed to meet the description in the brochure,and it ruined our holiday look forward to hearing from you within the next two weeks Sincerely,Li Ming
